  • We analyzed Ukiyo's position in India's luxury real estate market, focusing on its high-end clientele. Through stakeholder discussions and competitor benchmarking, we defined objectives: elevate brand prestige, simplify property browsing, and enhance user engagement. A cutting-edge, immersive design was prioritized to reflect Ukiyo's exclusivity.
