How long does a branding project take?
A Brand Concept comes back in 3–5 days. A full Brand Identity takes 10–14 days. A Complete Brand Book runs 3–4 weeks, because it starts with strategy and research rather than design. We agree exact dates before starting, and we hit them.
What if I don't like any of the concepts?
It rarely happens, because concepts follow a positioning brief you've already signed off — we're not guessing. If none of the routes land, we run another concept round at no extra cost.
Do I own the final files?
Completely. On final payment you receive full ownership and every source file — Figma, AI, SVG, PNG. No licensing, no ongoing fees, no dependency on us.
Can you work with our existing brand rather than starting over?
Yes. A lot of our work is evolution rather than replacement — modernising what already has equity while fixing what's inconsistent. We'll tell you honestly which one you need.
What do you need from us to start?
A kickoff call, any existing assets, and access to someone who can make final decisions. That last one matters more than people expect — projects stall when approval is spread across a committee.
How do payments work?
The $99 Brand Concept is genuinely risk-free — you only pay if you want to keep the concept. Brand Identity is 50% to start and 50% on delivery. The Complete Brand Book is milestone-based, so you only pay as you approve each stage. We accept bank transfer, bKash and Nagad.
