About Project
Majjcon is a modern business platform designed to help companies manage operations, analyze performance data, and make informed decisions through a centralized dashboard system. The goal of this project was to design and develop a clean, scalable, and highly functional dashboard that enables users to monitor analytics, track activities, and manage workflows efficiently.

Analysis
- Before starting the design process, we conducted detailed research to understand the product goals, user expectations, and common usability challenges found in dashboard systems.
- The research phase focused on identifying: how users interact with data dashboards common UI problems in analytics platforms best practices for SaaS dashboard usability
- We also analyzed several well-known dashboard products such as Notion, Monday.com, and Airtable to understand layout structures, navigation systems, and data visualization patterns. Key Insights from Research Many dashboards overwhelm users with too much information. Poor information hierarchy makes important data hard to find. Complex navigation reduces productivity for daily users.
- Project Goals Based on the research findings, we defined three main goals: Improve Data Visibility Ensure users can quickly identify important metrics. Simplify Navigation Create a logical structure for managing reports, analytics, and system modules. Build a Scalable Design System Design reusable components that support future product growth.

Design
- Design Process: The design process focused on creating a user-friendly dashboard layout that balances aesthetics with functionality.
- Wireframing: We started with low-fidelity wireframes to define the structure of the dashboard. This step allowed us to determine the placement of analytics widgets, navigation panels, and content areas before moving into detailed design.
- Information Architecture: A clear information architecture was created to organize dashboard modules such as: analytics overview activity tracking reporting modules user management sections This ensured users could access critical data quickly without unnecessary navigation.
- High-Fidelity UI Design: The final interface design was created using Figma, where we built a scalable component system including: reusable UI components dashboard widgets navigation elements typography and color systems
- Visual Design: The visual style focused on a modern SaaS dashboard look with: clean grid layouts clear data visualization consistent spacing and hierarchy professional color palettes This approach ensures the dashboard remains visually clear even when displaying large amounts of data

Testing
- Before launching the dashboard, we conducted usability testing to identify potential interface improvements. The testing phase focused on: navigation clarity widget usability information readability After implementing improvements and final optimizations, the dashboard was deployed and made available to the client’s internal team.
- Client Feedback The client responded positively to the final dashboard design and functionality. The new system significantly improved how teams interact with operational data.
