Role Description
This is a remote, commission-based internship role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will engage prospective clients, identify their needs, and effectively communicate UIUXHero’s offerings. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining client relationships, organizing meetings, and collaborating closely with the design and strategy teams. The position requires meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, and staying updated on market trends related to UI/UX and design services.
Qualifications
- Strong competency in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design and software development trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM tools, sales pipelines, or similar systems is advantageous
- Prior experience in sales, client success, or a related field is a plus
